We took a totally tubular and rad dude out to Chisholm with us for this parade! Raph was so excited to meet the kids and take in the smell of Snickers Pizza!

Harper is the reason we started the journey to don

Harper is the reason we started the journey to donate to the @rmhc.um in 2016. She came into this world as a cardiac patient at @childrensmn (she gets a pacemaker later this week)

7 years later, she got to help deliver a check from a recent event in person. She also was able tour the campus and better understand why dad started this and why we are a “Ghostbusters family.”

Truly a special day.

Over the weekend, we had the extreme pleasure of attending the graduation party of Jack!

He is a Ghostbusters fan and made the decision to theme his party accordingly! We were a surprise for him but in all honesty, he was a surprise to us as our paths crossed prior! We met at the Movies in the Park event in Duluth when Ghostbusters was shown in 2018. We always enjoy crossing paths AGAIN with such amazing people!

Jack has a bright future ahead of him and we let him know that when he’s ready for a “steady paycheck,” he knows who to call!

Sold cookies and water at a rummage sale to raise money for the same mission as us! The Ronald McDonald House!

The kids were inspired by the efforts of their favorite Ghostbusters and wanted to get in on the action.

We were honored to receive their hard earned donation during the Gilbert 3rd of July parade.

The Land of the Loon Festival 2023 (45th Year) is

The Land of the Loon Festival 2023 (45th Year) is one of our favorite parades and this type of photo is one of our favorite things to see!

Over the years, we made a decision about handing out candy during parades. It seems easy and traditional, right?

However, it didn’t make sense because we funnel all money made to the Ronald McDonald House Charities, Upper Midwest and we had members wanting to spend hundreds of dollars on candy. Literal hundreds. With us doing as many parades as we can, it did not make sense. So we made a choice and that choice was to take photos with people in the crowds, give high fives and also to do “trading cards” for kids.

Since that decision was made, we had this amazing offshoot decision made by YOU in the crowds to wear Ghostbusters apparel for that photo. It helps give us the moral support to keep going forward and inspires us right back.

We simply love moments like these.

It was our absolute honor to be taking part in Land of the Loon Festival 2023 (45th Year) parade this year!

This is a parade that we have often used to mark off the start of our busy summer months doing events in the communities that we serve. It is also one of our favorite parades of the year because there is so much energy and positivity in the crowds! Thank you all who attended and got a high five, shared a story or took a photo with us!
