Fill the ECTO 2024 was a success!

During April 2024, the Northland helped to donate commonly used supplies for the Ronald McDonald House of the Upper Midwest via Ghostbusters North and the “Fill the ECTO” donation drive.

The House that Love Built hosts several thousand families a year while their loved ones go through complicated medical procedures. Due to the large volume of items used, the house always has need for items on their wish list. These items include:

• Gift Cards
• Bottled Water
• Coffee Creamer
• Shelf-stable Individual Meals
• Individual Cereal
• Juice Boxes
• Salad Dressing
• Fruit Cups
• Beef or Turkey Sticks/Jerky
• Pop Tarts
• Applesauce Cups
• Individual-sized Bags of Nuts
• Cake/Brownie/Cookie Mixe
• Chex Mix
• All purpose cleaner without bleach
• Heavy Duty 10” Paper Plates
• 20 oz. Paper Bowls
• Hot to-go Cups with Lids
• Napkins
• Disposable Forks and Spoons
• Ziploc Bags – all sizes

We put out a call on our social media to find donations and then used the ECTO 6 to drive across the Iron Range and Twin Ports areas to gather the items from community members.
